The composition generally contains Carbon (0.30-0.50%), Manganese (0.60-1.10%), Phosphorus (≤0.035%), Sulfur (≤0.040%), Silicon (0.15-0.35%), Chromium (0.80-1.50%), Molybdenum (0.75-1.20%), and Vanadium (0.25-0.35%). These washers have a minimum tensile strength of 860 MPa, yield strength of 725 MPa, and elongation of 16%. They have excellent hardness (248-331 HB) and superior performance under high-pressure, high-temperature conditions.
