These Carbon Steel DIN 2440 pipes are made of high-grade carbon steel, which have a carbon content of about 0.17–0.22%, manganese 0.60–1.00%, and traces of sulfur and phosphorus. This makes the product extremely strong and durable. The mechanical properties include tensile strength from 370–500 MPa, yield strength from 235 MPa and elongation at break of 20% min.It also has excellent weldability and formability along with the resistance of atmospheric corrosion under normal environment. DIN 2440 pipes have appropriate properties to use in construction, transportation, and industrial systems requiring high strength and reliability in piping.
